When detecting with DEUS, am I free to use just the remote control or just the headphones? Or do I need both with me at all times in order to control the detector?

Of course, the information is more comprehensive and easier to read on the remote control’s graphic screen, and the sounds are more easily interpreted using the headphones. Nevertheless, DEUS is designed to expand your possibilities while being more compact. The loudspeaker gives good quality sound and DEUS’s most important settings can be modified from the headphones. This includes:-
- choice of detection programme
- discrimination level
- sensitivity level
- ground effects correction
- choice of frequencies (4, 8, 12 or 18 kHz)
- choice of tones
- choice of coils
