How did you manage to get so much power from such small, lightweight batteries, when those in most other powerful metal detectors weigh 100 to 150 g?

Despite the battery’s small size, the power of the coil is at least as great as the Gold Maxx Power, for instance.
It is difficult to explain in just a few lines as it involved a great deal of research.
We optimised the efficiency of various elements such as the coils and the amplification stages. There was also the choice of a high-capacity lithium battery and leading-edge electronic components that were more expensive and precise than those usually found in metal detectors.
These highly efficient circuits waste far less power: It'sa little like the ordinary incandescent light bulbs used in the home which are very inefficient, actually losing 80% of their energy as heat; compared with that of LED lighting, which uses all its energy for light rather than heat!
