A trigger switch for coke and other unwanted items.

When using the GoldMaxx on certain sites and coke is very troublesome, at the moment there are the two options of either working permanently in Disc with a setting to ignore coke, or using tone i.d. and then switching over to Disc to check each signal. (I'm ignoring the lift method and others for simplicity). How difficult would it be to have either a flick or a trigger switch under the handle to be able to change from tone i.d. to Disc. It would work along the lines where you would initially set the Disc to ignore coke, but instead of the disc being switched on when you turned the rotory pot, it remains off until you flick the switch on the handle. This way every suspect signal could be checked out at a flick of the switch instead of having to drop your spade each time to turn the disc, check it and then return to tone i.d.and then pick up your spade. Alright I know it is possible to tuck the spade under your arm when making these adjustments, I do so myself, but think how much easier and quicker it would be to just flick the switch. Even when coke is not a problem, the Disc could be set anywhere up to 6 to ignore different sizes of iron. If detectorists wanted to search in Disc all the time the switch would remain in the forward position. This could also apply to the GMaxx and others in the Xp range. What do you think Alain, would this be a possibility? John
